This Privacy Policy governs the use of the Harvest Block mobile application ("Application") for mobile devices. The Application was created by Hamza Karaman ("Service Provider") as a Free and Ad-Supported application containing optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. This service is provided "AS IS".

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms outlined here, please do not use the Application.

2. Information Collection and Use

To provide a functional and enjoyable gaming experience, sync progress across devices, process transactions, and serve advertising, the Service Provider may collect or process certain categories of data.

A. Personal Information You Provide

• Account Information: If you choose to log in (via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple), we collect your name, email address, profile picture URL, and a unique provider-assigned user identifier. This info is used to sync your game levels, high scores, and items across devices securely.
• Customer Support: If you contact us via email, we collect your email address and any text or screenshots you send us to assist with troubleshooting.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Device Specifications: Information about your mobile device, including operating system version, device model, language, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA for iOS or GAID for Android, depending on consent), and IP address.
• Gameplay & Usage Statistics: Data on how you interact with the game, such as completed levels, high scores, block layouts, achievements, time spent, and game modes played. This is processed using Firebase Analytics.
• Crash Reports: Technical logs generated when the app crashes or encounters a fatal error, processed using Firebase Crashlytics to help us diagnose issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

The Service Provider utilizes collected data to maintain, optimize, and secure the Application, including:

• Providing cloud save syncing and account management.
• Processing in-app purchases and managing active subscriptions (via RevenueCat).
• Delivering personalized or non-personalized advertisements through Google AdMob.
• Improving game balance, level difficulty, and overall user experience.
• Monitoring, detecting, and resolving technical crashes and bugs.
• Complying with applicable legal processes and responding to requests from public authorities.

4. In-App Purchases and Billing

Harvest Block offers in-app purchases and subscriptions for digital content. To process these safely, we integrate third-party payment and subscription systems:

• Payment Processing: All transactions are conducted through Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS). The Service Provider does not collect, access, or store your credit card, bank account, or other payment details.
• Subscription Status Management (RevenueCat): We use RevenueCat to handle receipt verification, manage subscription access levels, and track transaction history. RevenueCat receives a secure transaction receipt and an anonymous app-specific user ID to verify whether you own active subscriptions or virtual purchases.

• Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate information about you.
• Right to Opt-Out: You can opt-out of personalized advertising. On iOS, you can decline tracking via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. On Android, you can reset or disable your Advertising ID in device settings.

Account and Data Deletion Process

We provide a simple way to delete all your synchronized data:

1. Open the Settings menu in the Harvest Block app.
2. Tap the Delete Account button and confirm the prompt. This will immediately erase your authenticated profile, level progress, and custom data from Firebase.
3. Alternatively, you can request manual data deletion by contacting us at 6hamzakrmn5@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, the Service Provider will immediately remove this information from our servers.

8. Data Security

The Service Provider cares about protecting your data.
